My Breakfast Smoothie Recipe (Scroll down for recipe)

BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
Fibre powder (1 tsp)
Ground flax seed (2 tbls)
1 organic banana
Frozen berries (to your taste)
Almond milk (to your taste)

Blend the ingredients until smooth, enjoy!

Add honey, stevia, or organic agave syrup to sweeten it if you like.

Other adds that I have done in the past:
Hemp protein, Greens +, or Vega Shake And Go Smoothie powder.

You can add whatever you like to customize it to your taste.
